- Seville Estate 2003 Yarra Valley Shiraz 750ml
An excellent 2003 vintage, with surprisingly high sugar levels in some varieties. This wine is a blend from the original and more recent plantings at Seville Estate. Cool climate pepper/spice fruit aromas. Soft red berry shiraz flavours, with subtle vanillin oak and fine tannins make for ideal current drinking or over the medium term.
- Seville Estate 2003 Yarra Valley Chardonnay 750ml
A warm dry year, giving good sugar levels while holding acid. The lifted tropical fruit character is layered wih toasty oak and yeast lees complexity. A rich style with a balanced lemon acid backbone.
